Delivery and Returns

How much is postage?

For the UK: Postage is £1.99 for 2nd Class Royal Mail, £2.49 for 1st Class Royal Mail per order and free for orders over £40.00.

How much is International Postage?

Prices are individual to each country and can be found during check out. Once you have entered your delivery address the postage costs and options will be available to you.

Import Duties

Import duties my be levied by your home country and unfortunately this is outside of our control. Please contact your local Customs Office for more detail. 

How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for deliveries within the UK.

What happens if my product is lost in the post?

If your purchase does not arrive please contact us via the Contact Us page and we will track it down.

Can I return an item?

All purchases have a cooling off period of 7 days from the day your order arrives at the delivery address.  If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want the purchase you can return it to us for a full refund. The following conditions apply:

- The item must be returned undamaged in its original packaging

- You must contact us within seven days of delivery to inform us that you wish to return the item.

- You must return the item to us within 10 days of its arrival with you

Providing these conditions are met you will receive the full refund. You will not be refunded for the cost of shipping the item to you or the cost of shipping the item back to us.
